1. How to send signals to a radio +

Tune your vehicle or portable radio to Preview Channel 184 under an open sky with an unobstructed view of the southern sky. Use our online Radio ID lookup tool or call 1-866-381-3761 to trigger an over-the-air activation signal to your receiver.

2. I am getting only Preview channel +

If your radio only plays Channel 184 (Preview Channel), your satellite antenna is working properly, but your receiver subscription needs to be initialized or refreshed. Contact customer care at 1-866-381-3761 for instant over-the-air activation.

3. Where are the other channels +

If premium music, live sports, or news channels are missing from your radio dial, request an over-the-air channel lineup refresh by providing your Radio ID or VIN number, or speak directly with a technician at 1-866-381-3761.

4. How to find my Radio/ESN ID +

To find your 8-character Radio ID, tune your vehicle's radio tuner dial to Channel 0. Your unique Radio ID will display on the stereo screen. You can also find it printed on the back of portable dock receivers or consult your vehicle owner manual.
